Prevents food from being pushed off the plate. Concave wall assists in guiding food onto the utensil. Secured to the plate with an internal groove. Small size fits plates with a diameter of 8"-9 1/2". Large size fits plates with a diameter of 9"-11". Dishwasher safe to 185º. Made in the USA of FDA approved material.
