The Web-Slide Economy Gym offers nearly all the benefits of training with weights, without needing actual weights. This is a collection designed for home use but offering the exercise devices most commonly used in a professional setting. Instead of weights, the Web-Slide works in conjunction with exercise tubing. Tubing offers progressive resistance, allowing users to work out and advance comfortably at their own pace, making them a clinic favorite. Versatile and effective, the sturdy web anchor strap is a door-mounted, lightweight exercise station. Because it buckles securely around a standard eight-foot door, there's no need for tools or drilling holes. The key to the Web-Slide's effectiveness are the 15 anchor loops that run from top to bottom. The versatility comes in choosing which loop to use, with which tube, with which accessory for which body part. The Web-Slide assures that exercises learned in professional settings can be faithfully replicated in a home setting. The loops are the conduit from where workouts start. Tubes can be attached directly to a loop for one-armed or legged exercises or placed through a loop so both ends can be used for dual-limbed workouts. Mix mild soap into the cloth and scrub in a back and forth motion. When done, rinse with clean water and allow to air dry.
