ADC’s latest non-contact thermometer the Adtemp Non-Contact IR Body Thermometer features a trigger-style design and ultra-fast temperature checks. Simply direct the thermometer at the middle of the user’s forehead and squeeze the trigger for rapid screenings. Accurate readings are found in less than two seconds with an audible beep when measurement is complete. In unison with the beep the bright and easy-to-read LCD screen comes alive and the degrees Fahrenheit symbol will flicker. The LCD screen is color coded with green yellow or red indicating a fever warning. No skin contact is required to receive a temperature measurement minimizing the risk of cross-contamination. It is perfect for rapid screening in various scenarios such as medical environments offices and restaurants. It features 50-reading memory battery life for about 2000 readings and a switchable display to read Fahrenheit or Celsius. Two AAA batteries are included to power this device.
