Used to score test results this tool is a pocket-sized companion to the Allen Cognitive Level Screen (ACLS) and Large Allen Cognitive Level Screen (LACLS) tools. This trifold features the scoring tables from the Allen Cognitive Level Screen?5 Manual. Folded up it measures 4.75 x 8.5 making it easy to take from assessment to assessment. Because it’s wipeable it’s reusable and good for the environment. Despite being foldable the scoring table is sturdy enough for multi-use environments such as clinics. The chart is in English only.
