The Baseline Sit n’ Reach Flexibility Box is the premier device to measure the flexibility of a selected set of joints and small muscles including the lower back vertebrae larger hamstring muscles and hip flexor joints. The device includes a built-in foot plate and a maximum stretch indicator that remains at the stretched position until reset. This allows for accurate recording of results. The box provides easy-to-read results shown in inches or centimeters. Measurements include Fitness Program Cooper Institute/YMCA and SHAPE America (formerly known as AAHPERD). Measures 21 x 12 x 13 and weighs less than 9 lbs. making this box compact enough to travel with and easy to store when not in use. The box is constructed of metal so it’s sturdy durable and built to last years. Some light easy assembly is required.
