The BOSU Hydro Ball when filled with water harnesses the benefits of Hydro-Inertia or water movement in the ball. Unlike traditional weights the Hydro Ball has adjustable weight capacity depending on the amount of water you add or remove. The Hydro Ball comes in two sizes the HB12 and the HB25. The HB12 ranges in weight from 2-12 lbs. and the HB25 ranges from 5-25 lbs. when filled with water.
