Thanks to the CanDo WalSlide Original users of CanDo exercise bands and tubing just got a lot more options for their exercise routine. Versatile and effective the WalSlide Original is a wall-mounted lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. This Adjustable Height Overhead Section is an optional accessory that expands the capabilities of the WalSlide. This 2′ horizontal overhead section operates the same way the vertical sections do with a sliding anchor that glides along the center channel. Once the anchor is locked in place bands tubing or the pulley system can be attached and exercising can begin. Incorporating the overhead section adds a new plane of motion for your body to exercise on allowing more areas to be targeted more effectively and adding even more multi-functionality to the WalSlide. This section is so versatile it features a sliding attachment mechanism that allows the overhead section to be locked in place at ANY height along the vertical Original WalSlide section leading to a near customized and personalized workout. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. It also effectively helps target the arms lats and trapezius muscles. Simple to install and simple to adjust the WalSlide is a terrific addition to any fitness facility or home gym. Please note this is the Adjustable Height Overhead Section of the WalSlide Original only. WalSlide Exercise Station exercise bands and tubing are available separately. Compatible with exercise band and tubing accessories such as fitness bars and handles. Changing the position of the anchor changes the difficulty and effectiveness of the exercise being performed. Can be used standing or sitting allowing users to work at a pace comfortable to them. While designed to work with CanDo brand exercise tubing and bands the WalSlide Original will work with nearly all exercise tubing and bands. Easy to clean needing just a warm damp cloth and some mild soap.
