The walls and doors of the cavity provide maximum thermal retention when filled with Rock Rock 2.0 or X-Trays. Sliding doors can be easily removed for cleaning and provide a safe and efficient method for delivering meals. FEATURES: Accommodates trays up to 9 1/2 x 14 1/2. Raised top edge surface safely holds more trays beverage servers and wash racks. Push/Pull Handles for easy navigation. Optional tamperproof locking door latch system.
