Made of water-resistant quilted nylon with 4 foam bolsters. Please note this is the mattress cover only. Mattress and mattress systems are available separately. Three quick release straps secure cover to mattress. Elastic top and bottom for secure fit. Fits hospital mattresses and alternating air mattresses. Straps attach to mattress via positions at the top bottom and middle. Mattress cover is easy to clean.
