It can be during work or other activities such as golf tennis knitting and swimming. It can even be worn under a glove. This brace is latex free and will not deform if left in hot environment. It is machine washable when left on gentle cycle and at low temperature. This Push MetaGrip CMC Thumb Brace is meant to be used on the right hand and is size 3 for hands that measure 8 7/8 through 10 5/8. You can find your size by using a soft measuring tape to measure the circumference of your hand just below the knuckles of all fingers excluding the thumb. Please note this measurement is only a guideline for determining size as it does not consider the size/shape of your thumb. Only by trying on both sizes can allow you to determine the best fit if your measurement is near the size break point.
