The StepONE with the Bariatric Seat is a recumbent stepper ideal for cardio and pulmonary rehabilitation. It’s also perfect for workouts and treatment in sports medicine physical therapy physical conditioning and strength training. The device features a low starting resistance direct wheelchair access and customizable programs to help patients reach their goals. The arm-to-leg movement emulates walking or climbing stairs ideal for patients recovering from hip or knee injuries. Workouts are truly customizable as there are 20 levels of resistance adjustable in .1 increments providing a total of 191 levels of resistance. The Bariatric seat which has a weight capacity of 600 lbs. and has a width of 28 (larger than both the Standard and Premium seats) features 360 Therapist Assist Pedals that allow adjustments forward and back from any point around the chair. Additionally integrated side handles are also included for added comfort and safety. Relocation of the unit within the facility is made easier by the integrated transport handle and the wheels. The seat can slide right off to allow for wheelchair access and has handles that are adjustable to fit the patient’s need for comfort. Perfect for busy gyms clinics and other multi-user environments as the small footprint integrated transport handle and wheels allow for easy placement. A full color touch screen that’s easy to operate displays exercise readouts beneficial for users and clinicians (ex. stride length ascent watts METs). Easy to care and clean for as the upholstery is cleaned with only mild soap and water and the base roller track is cleaned with just a damp cloth. A fully illustrated assembly and instruction guide is included. No tools are required.
