The Spirit ST800FI Flat-Incline Bench is the ultimate workout accessory. Versatile durable functional and comfortable this bench is designed to perform. The unit weighs in at a sturdy 110 lbs. mostly due to the frame constructed from heavy-gauge steel tubing with a powder-coated finish. The seat and back pad adjustment tubes are chromed and polished providing a sharp look suitable for any decor. The high-density cushions on the ST800FI are the perfect blend of comfort and support. In one of those small details that Spirit does so well users will notice the minimal gap between the back and seat pad making the unit more comfortable than others on the market. The back pad easily adjusts to 6 different incline levels. Using the spring-loaded steel lock pins the incline level ranges through 0 15 30 45 60 and 80 degrees allowing this bench to accommodate nearly every exercise that uses weights. Adding to the versatility integrated hooks on the rear stabilizer allow the bench to be used with resistance bands or other workout accessories to match up with nearly any training regimen. At the bottom built-in large transport wheels allow for easy mobility while rubber foot covers increase stability and help protect floors. This Spirit Bench has a 1000 lb. weight capacity which includes the user plus the lifting weight. Please note this is the Bench only. Weights bands and other equipment are available separately. During assembly it is recommended that all bolts are in place and partially threaded before completely tightening any one bolt. Comfort grip non-absorbing PVC covered transport handle lets the bench be easily positioned to where it is needed most. No weights needed. Use the bench to assist with and raise the difficulty level of standard exercises like sit-ups and push-ups. The back pad and seat pad are fully upholstered on the front and back using commercial-grade vinyl making them comfortable supportive and durable. Easy cleaning as it is recommended to wipe down the sweat path with a damp cloth and mild dish soap.
