The bottom section features an locking exterior door mounted horizontally on a single continuous piano hinge and two special brackets [one left one right] that enable the door to open down to a 90-degree angle and provide a convenient working surface for a keyboard electronics or writing area that supports up to 100 lbs. Each door includes satin chrome handles. The cabinet is constructed in 3/4-inch thermofused white melamine — even the back — and edge-banded to complete a sleek finished look.
