Ionto4 Iontophoresis Electrodes contain synthetic pH stabilizing buffering agents in each electrode that guard against polarity shifts in the drug solution helping to maintain consistent and efficient drug delivery throughout the iontophoresis treatment. Rated for treatments of up to 4.0 mA or 80 mA min. These electrodes use a proprietary silver-silver chloride conducting element to improve drug delivery compared to carbon-based iontophoresis electrodes. Water activation is not needed. Thus eliminating impurities being added from water contamination. The electrodes feature a large adhesive area to maximize current distribution for better patient comfort and ensures placement is maintained throughout the treatment.
