For a comfortable night’s sleep this pillow is designed with two lobesizes to provide support options for different sized sleepers. The contoured design offers two levels of support and is ideal for back sleepers. To help restore the natural curve of the neck while sleeping simply place the support lobe you prefer under your neck. Use the smaller neck support if you are in the adjustment phase or if you prefer slightly less support; use the larger neck support for maximum support. It may take some time to adjust to this cervical pillow and immediate overuse may actually increase neck pain. For best results slowly ease into orthopedic correction by alternating between this pillow and your current pillow. For those who are new to sleeping on a cervical support pillow or prefer gentle support the ?Gentle? version may be a better option. The gentle version provides moderate to firm support while the standard version provides firm support. A washable cotton/polyester cover is included or it conveniently fits into your favorite standard pillowcase.
