CanDo Intensity Loops are available in 8 color-coded resistance levels ranging from tan (xx-light resistance) to gold (xxx-heavy resistance). Each different resistance loop has the same width of 1.5 (3.8cm) and lay flat length 41 (1m). This means when the Intensity exercise loop becomes too easy to use you can move up to a higher resistance loop. This set of 4 includes: tan (xx-light) yellow (x-light) red (light) and green (medium) resistances. Each loop has two rectangular markings indicating the amount of force exerted. The xx-light resistance exercise loop indicates 100% force exerted at 5 lbs. and 200% force exerted at 10 lbs. The x-light resistance exercise loop indicates 100% force exerted at 15 lbs. and 200% force exerted at 25 lbs. The light resistance exercise loop indicates 100% force exerted at 25 lbs. and 200% force exerted at 40 lbs.
