Versatile and effective this 4′ Vertical Section of the WalSlide Original is a wall-mounted lightweight exercise station for use with resistance exercise bands and tubing. The key to the WalSlide’s versatility and effectiveness is the sliding anchor. That’s because the anchor glides along the center channel of the WalSlide and can be locked in place at any height along the channel. Once secure users can attach bands or tubing and begin working out. The WalSlide is ideal for upper-body workouts that can be as strenuous or as easy as the patient prefers. The unit is fantastic for decreasing shoulder pain and increasing shoulder range-of-motion. Because the anchor is height adjustable the WalSlide can also be used for lower body workouts targeting the ankles knees and hips. Simple to install and simple to adjust the WalSlide is a terrific addition to any fitness facility or home gym. Please note this is a 4′ Vertical Section of the WalSlide Original Exercise Station only. Exercise bands tubing overhead sections and mounting hardware are available separately. Compatible with exercise band and tubing accessories such as fitness bars and handles. Raising and lowering the anchor changes the difficulty and effectiveness of the exercise being performed.
