It can hold two IV fluid packs just as easily as infusion pumps ventilators patient monitors suction units and other equipment. Made of chrome-plated steel for strength and durability this large-diameter pole features a 6-leg 26 diameter epoxy coated base for unmatched stability. The 3 rubber wheel ball bearing casters allow for easy maneuverability across the room or from room-to-room. Please note the stand is shipped in two boxes so some light assembly is required. The stand is height adjustable from 56 – 99. Oversized base increases stability and reduces the risk of the pole tipping. Single ergonomic knob allows for easy height adjustment. The six casters move the pole smoothly over most surfaces including tile rugs and carpeting. To clean the pole and base use a soft cloth and gentle cleanser. For the base stubborn stains can be removed by spraying them with an ammonia solution and scrubbing with a stiff nylon brush.
