The all stainless-steel outer shell and lid provide a modern look to any d?cor and are easy to clean. That’s the outside. The inside is more space than you could believe. The pail has a capacity of a hefty 13 quarts (3.25 gallons) of trash and waste. The lid completely and cleanly seals the pail ensuring what goes in stays in. A chrome handle makes moving the receptacle an easy task. The easy-to-locate foot pedal rests above the one-piece plastic base that keeps the metal from scratching dinging and having contact with the floor. This Waste Receptacle comes in unpainted stainless-steel. Please note stainless-steel waste receptacles are not MRI compatible. Includes two Biohazard labels which would need to go on the pail should it be used to hold or transport blood or other potentially infectious materials. Weighing less than 6 lbs. when empty the pail is easy to relocate as needed. Even with tremendous capacity the receptacle has a diameter of 11.25 and is only 15.75 tall. The pedal features a rubber grippy strip to help reduce the missed attempts to open the pail on the first try. Easy to clean with a warm damp cloth and mild soap.
