The RockTape Mini Big Daddy roll is twice as wide as the standard RockTape roll. It is designed for unique taping demands such as the lower back or quadricep. It boosts recovery by microscopically lifting the skin away from the muscle and fascia below which decompresses the area and promotes blood flow. Using RockTape also increases awareness of your body position to help you maintain proper posture and form. RockTape features an ultra-strong and sticky hypoallergenic adhesive that lasts for 2 to 7 days. It is extremely water resistant and is made of 97% cotton and 3% nylon. The 180% stretch allows for full range of motion so you don’t have to worry about the tape restricting your movement. RockTape is both latex and zinc free. The Mini Big Daddy roll is black in color and measures 4 inches wide and 16.4 feet long.
