This Water Trap from Roscoe is the ideal tool to allow humidifier users to maintain the benefits of humidification without allowing condensation to get into and potentially interfere with a patient’s airway. Designed for oxygen therapy patients with humidifiers this device is easy to attach to the main air line. Simply attach the trap between the cannula and humidifier to resolve the water condensation issue. The Water Trap is easy to empty and it only takes a few seconds to connect. This is one bag of Water Traps and there are 50 Water Traps in each case. There are no hard angles or corners on the connector for tubing to get caught on. The entire device is all rounded edges and gentle angles. On a properly set up humidifier system there is typically minimal water condensation. If everything is hooked up properly the trap will need to be emptied once a month at most. Universal sized conical tips can be easily attached to virtually all oxygen tubing and cannulas. Compatible with clear and green-tinted tubing. Roscoe mask and tube accessories are Latex-free.
