The TheraBand Rehab and Wellness Station is a total body fitness and rehabilitation system designed for in-clinic strength balance and flexibility training. This one compact versatile and multi-functional unit is an ideal system for fitness and therapy as it allows for an easy progression of exercises letting users work at their own pace and comfort level. This comprehensive system for upper and lower extremities features a multi-dimensional design which incorporates all three planes of movement. The system is designed to integrate the use of progressive elastic resistance for strength and rehab training through the use of TheraBand Resistance Tubing and included accessories. The Station comes complete with four progressive levels of tubing: Yellow-xlight Red-light Green-moderate and Blue-heavy each in three lengths (12 18 24). It also includes two sets of both Blue and Green stability trainers one Waist Belt one Head Strap one Exercise Bar two Assist Straps two Extremity Straps two Exercise Handles three Pro Series SCP Exercise balls (Yellow Green Red) and an exercise CD with ready-to-use printouts and directions for at-home exercise programs. Each end of tubing features Clip Connectors which allow the tubes to be quickly safely and easily attached (and later detached) from the station. With multiple options in tubing resistance and length six connection points on the portable base and a height adjustable wall section not only is there a very wide range of exercises available but changing any tube length or location of where the tube is attached will increase or decrease the challenge or resistance of the exercise allowing users to customize their own workout experience. While the unit comes complete with mounting hardware it is strongly advised to have it professionally installed. Exercise Stations comes with four full-color posters that demonstrate more than 60 exercises and feature safety instructions. Installation requires a minimum of 7′ from floor to ceiling. Method of installation will be decided once it’s determined if there are wood or steel studs within the walls. Requiring no more than a 6’x 6′ space the small footprint of the unit ensures it can find a home in the smallest of facilities. The wall unit is constructed of high-quality anodized aluminum while the base is durable polyethylene. Both are easy to clean needing only a soft cloth or sponge and some soapy water.
