The Tug-Of-War Strap with Chest Harness and Trainer’s Handle include a special wide trainer’s handle that is connected to a 10ft/3m heavy duty nylon strap. The opposite end of the strap connects to either a padded harness or padded belt/ Tug-of-War is sold as a system and is interchangeable with harness or belt. Additional belts or harnesses can be purchased separately.
