With the extra stickiness of the adhesive the tape will last 2 to 10 days after being applied. It is extremely water resistant and is made of 97% cotton and 3% nylon. The 180% stretch allows for full range of motion so you don’t have to worry about the tape restricting your movement. RockTape is both latex and zinc free.
