The Shuttle MVP features plyometric training which allows you to train in a less than body weight environment while zeroing in on the eccentric phase of overspeed plyometric training. The padded kickplate and non-weight-bearing position protects joints and the spine on impact. The Elite Plus package provides up to 650 lbs. of progressive resistance with its 16 Elasticords. Also included is a PNF Total Body Tower System for increased versatility and functionality. It offers additional exercises for arm muscles to meet the user’s needs.
