The TheraBand Professional Platform Exercise Station combines strength balance and flexibility exercises into one convenient versatile and multi-functional unit. This is an ideal system for fitness and therapy as it allows for an easy progression of exercises letting users work at their own pace and comfort level. The system was designed to integrate the use of progressive elastic resistance for strength training. That starts with the included TheraBand Resistance Tubing with Clip Connectors. The Station comes complete with two of each color in three progressive levels: Red-light Green-moderate and Blue-heavy and in three lengths (12 18 24). Six connection points located on the durable non-slip polyethylene base allow the tubing to be attached in a variety of configurations promoting progressive resistance and facilitating a wide range of exercises. Changing the tubing being used and changing the connection points will increase or decrease the challenge or resistance of the exercise allowing users to customize their own workout experience. Additionally several accessories can be combined with the resistance tubing to promote even greater versatility and ease of use. Fantastic for targeting a wide variety of training goals including improving strength and balance upper & lower extremities closed chain exercises core strength senior/elderly fitness and rehab. In addition to the connection points the base also features a center cavity that fits all popular exercise ball sizes as well as Stability Trainers Rocker Boards and Wobble Boards all available separately. The TheraBand Professional Platform Exercise Station is incredibly complete. In addition to the 3 pairs of resistance tubing the Station also includes a 36 padded exercise bar two handles and two Assist straps. Each Exercise Station comes with a full-color poster that demonstrates 24 exercises and features safety instructions. With 10 rubber feet on the bottom the Station resists slipping on hard surfaces. Requiring no more than a 6’x 6′ space the small footprint of the unit ensures it can find a home in the smallest of facilities and home gyms. At approximately 14 pounds the base is light enough to carry and is stackable making storage a snap. Constructed of durable polyethylene the base is easy to clean needing only a soft cloth or sponge and some soapy water.
