With a starting resistance of 100 lbs it’s perfect for beginners while the XL starts at 160 and is great for more experienced users. The TireFlip 180 also allows you to add up to 40 pounds (up to 4 -5 lb plates per weight post) of additional free weight resistance so users of all abilities are sure to get a great workout. Its’ dual battle rope anchor points turns this into a perfect group training device as well. Floor mounts ensure that the TireFlip 180 will always be secure in your workout area. The XL model allows for up to 80 additional pounds to be added but the footprint stays the same; Weight posts with tethered magnetic locking pins inside tire carriage designed for use with Olympic weight plates to increase training load range above starting base weight (use 5 pound plates for TireFlip 180 and 5 or 10 pound plates for TireFlip 180XL) Saving you space money and appearance your members will be sure to ?flip’ for the TireFlip 180 products!  Do not use for Hammer Slam or Hammer Swing style exercises.
