Each Pep pack comes with three different 4-foot bands and an illustrated instruction/exercise chart. Each exerciser is packaged in a polybag. Simply remove exercise band from polybag and it is ready to use. CanDo high quality latex resistive exercise band has been used in clinics for rehabilitation?conditioning and training since 1987.
